Christmas Pixie Easel Card with Nugget Box Bottom

Fairy Easel Card Front

Have you ever made a project that is a total labor of love? You start with a small little idea and it grows and grows and grows? That happened to me with this one! It all started when I saw a fellow blogger draw a hat for this darling Swiss Pixie... sorry I can't remember your name for the life of me or I would link to you. Easel box cards have been floating around blogland, but no directions could be found... then I remembered making a matchbox advent calendar box last year.. this could work! It did ... substituting nugget boxes for the matchboxes. Irina Blounts' lovely card was lovely inspiration as well. The hardest part was trying to stop decorating it. :) If I make another one I will post the instructions here. Wishing you all a wonderful day! Smiles ~ Brandi

Christmas Cocoa

Cocoa Holder

Iwanted to share this fun and easy project with you! :)

These hot cocoa holders are simple to make and make awesome gifts. :)
The image is called Cocoa Puff and is part of the Winter Wonderland release from Victoria Case for SCACD. I think she is so cute and perfect for this project. My papers are from Daisy Bucket and the sentiment is from Paper Makeup Stamps.

I used copics to color her and lots of stickles.. the background is airbrushed to give it a wintery feeling. Hope you like her. :)

The directions can be located here... thank you Suzanne!

Wishing you all a happy Thanksgiving week full of blessings.

It's a Punchy Lala Christmas!

First off... I apologize for the lack of sparkle! My shimmerz spritz wouldn't come out at all! Any suggestions to get it working again? Help please!

Santa Lala

My card features Santa LaLa from La-La Land Crafts and it is also for their weekly challenge.. which was to use punches. So out came the snowflake punch and the Martha Stewart edgeing punch... then we added a little Daisy Bucket paper and some bling. :)

Hope you enjoy her! Smiles ~ Brandi

Sassy Snowglobe Elf

Sassy Snowglobe

This Sassy little elf is named Candy... she is from Sassy Studio Designs. She looks so mischevious to me... puts a smile on my face just to see her! The card was inspired by the latest Dare to Be Sassy Thursday challenge at the Sassy Studios. The challenge was to use paper piecing.

Hope you all like Christmas cards and projects... I am gearing up for a bazaar and for Christmas of course, so there will be lots to share! :)

Have a happy day! Smiles ~ Brandi

Winter Lala

Winter Lala

Meet Winter Lala from La-La Land Crafts. Isn't she gorgeous? I just love her!

She was part of my ginormas blog candy from La-La Land Crafts. There was so much in the box it amazed me! Spellbinders, 3 beautiful stamps from La-La Land, Just-Rite Stamps, bling, cuttlebug dies ... and more that I can't even remember. Thank you so much Irina!! It was like Christmas going through everything and I am so sorry that I didn't have a chance to post my thank you earlier!

My card was made for the La-La Challenge blog's challenge to make a PINK card. I had a great time making it! Please check out La-La Land stamps and challenge blog... they are wonderful!
