Over the Rainbow... this is the fun new challenge at Charisma Cardz. :) I just moved and so everything is in disarray in my craft room so I took the easy route on this card. I searched the web for free rainbow clip art and a rainbow sentiment. I printed out two of the background images so that the sentiment cloud could be layered to give some added dimension.
