Cup O' Bliss w/ added sentiment

Cup O' Bliss card with sentiment

Hello!

Today's card features a sketch from Splitcoast Stampers, a color challenge from Color Throw Down and a recipe from Cooking It Up With Katie.

The image is called Cup O' Bliss (I added the sentiment ) and she is free to anyone who enters the Fun at Fairy Knoll Challenge this week. I had a lot of fun coloring her and sparkling her up! Speaking of sparkle, my mom and I were at my brother's house yesterday and my niece and nephew were watching Suite Life on Deck.... anyway short story long.... London Tipton yells out SPARKLE! ! ! My mom was like "What?" to which my niece and I replied "SPARKLE" in tandam... got love the ladies who love SPARKLE! :)

The papers are from Pink Paislee and Basic Grey and most were ran through the Cuttlebug to give a bit more texture. The ribbon/lace if from Walmart and the buttons are some I made from clay awhile back.

Wishing you a bit of Bliss this day!

Splitcoast Sketch with a Sassy Image

Hello all my friends out in blogland! I am so happy that my husband has an internet connection! WhoooWeeeee!!!! He works about 65 miles (one way) from our house 5 - 6 (generally 6) days a week 10 hours a day. So it stands to reason that his wife might miss him and decide to go stay down where he works for a few days. He has a 32 ft camp trailer that he calls home when he is not actually at home. :) It is okay, but again thank heavens for the internet and crafting! Otherwise someone might go insane and it wouldn't be him! :())
Today's card features The Whole World in My Hands from Sassy Studios. Lindsay offered this digi stamp as a freebie for Earth Day... not to worry if you missed getting it ~ it will be available for purchase on May 1st! I adore this image ~ it strikes close to home and is a great reminder to try and do our part. Anyway I will get off of my high horse and tell you a little about the card. It is colored with Prisma pencils and the papers are from my scrap bin. The awesomely fantastic sentiment is from RainDrop Echo Designs... she has some amazing sentiment sets for FREE! You read right.... FREE! So go check them out and leave her some love! Also the sketch is from Splitcoast stampers... love it! :)
Thanks for visiting me today! Smiles ~ Brandi!

Dahlia's havin' a Goth Day

Dahlia was colored on our camping trip a couple of weeks ago and I finally had the time to make her into a card... lucky for me Splitcoast Stampers Wednesday sketch was perfect for her. I don't know about you but I'm glad the summer rush is slowing down a little. It's hard to be creative when you only have little chunks of time!
The striped paper is from my stash, black embossed is Making Memories, Cardstock from SU, Stamp: The Greeting Farm
Have a fabulous day! Smiles ~ Brandi

Anya Says Thank You!

Anya is bringing something over in those buckets as a thank you... now that I write that it seems kinda weird. You know like what is really in those buckets? Is this a good thank you or a bad thank you? Let's not worry about that now. Hopefully whoever gets this card won't be traveling the same thought pattern as my mind just did! :)
I love Rock the Farm Anya ~ she is super cute, happy and ohhh so helpful! My card today is based on the sketch challenge over at Split Coast Stampers. Papers are all by My Minds Eye. Ribbon is from the stash.
Have a happy Thursday and stay tuned tomorrow.... I have a few cards to show you featuring the awesome new stamps being released at SCACD that were designed by Victoria Case. I can hardly wait.... how about you?
